• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

We have probably all seen the BRP ad about now being able to get your licenses on a Spyder...well..

In less than 2 weeks my wife has gone from 0 (never touched a throttle in her life) to an Evergreen safety trained and Massachusetts licensed Spyder jockey. At the end of the course, which was for sidecars and trikes, she had the fewest number of deduction of the class ( the instructor said that the only person to ever ace this course did it on a Spyder).

So now I am incredibly proud and very pissed. I am incredibly proud of her for going for it. And pissed cause now I'll never get to ride "her Spyder" except to get it serviced .. Hmmm sounds like I might need to find a dealer further away.

Congratulations to your wife!!! A bunch of us in NH just took the 3 wheeled BRC with M.O.S.T. inc. in Concord, NH. I already had my 2 wheeled M. And the other two women passed and now have their 3 wheeled licenses. Even having already had my M I felt the course was worth it. Plus, it was a ton of fun!!! Congrats again to your wife!!! Good for her!!!

Since I got my own Spyder, Butch said that he'll have to make a "honey-do-list" for me this summer. I'll have to check of a couple of jobs before going to a ride!!!!:roflblack:--Paula

She now has 3000 + miles on the Spyder including Pennsylvania and new Hampshire.

Next week Vermont and Americade.

I think I have created a Spyderer

:clap:Well done,

I hope they covered the use of a turn signal, from what I see out there in MA most people don't know they have them and what there used for

Ride safe.

Because we are certified GWRRA road captains we signal including hand signals when appropriate. Carolyn only hand signals as it if impossible to consistently cancel those darn Spyder signals ( pita). :banghead:
