• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

zero bars on the gage

Ignition cover

I am wondering where to purchase the billet looking ignition key cover that I have seen on several Spyders. Any help would be deeply appreciated.
Thanks

Whats this about removing the O2 sensor trick to get more MPG ?
please explain... or better yet make a new post!

Yesterday, on my way back from the Letchworth State Park ride (excellent time), I went 10 miles after my gas light came on (one bar) and filled up at 206.6 miles with 5.25 gals.

The math says 39.352 mpg. And most of the ride was between 60 - 70 mph! I've been getting 34 - 35 mpg pretty consistantly untill recently. The last three tanks have seen a steady rise to the current new record for my :spyder:. I now have over 5700 miles on the clock.

Just the facts ....

That's some great mileage from what I have heard in the past. Any special mods That you have added that have made the difference?

I had the Performance Silencer by Hindle Part # 219400073 installed when I ordered my spyder. I have 2400 Miles on it now. I have been getting 32+ miles on it regularly. I hope when I grow up to have 5700 miles I'm getting 39mpg !! Have you done any mods to your spyder to increase the mpg?
