:coffee:...Well yesterday's weather was awesome. Currently we have cloudy skies and 50°F.
My tomatoes are doing very well and I have been eating one a day. Nothing better than home-grown tomatoes. The wife loves to eat BLT sandwiches and so delicious.

Today's high is 72°F with lots of sunshine.
Low at 46°F and no rain in the forecast.

Stay Healthy and be Safe. ....

This week has been pretty nice. Temps have cooled down and we even got some rain. The nice fall riding weather will be here soon!

Fall is kicking in here. Mid 50's at night. Currently 71 degrees. Highs are only supposed to be in the 70's the next four days or so. We must be acclimated to the South. 70 feels on the cool side these days.

It's over.....for now! Our extreme heat. Nothing above 100 for the next 10 days. And, overnight lows will be in the mid to low 70s. At 10:30AM it is 85, partly cloudy with humidity at 42%. The high today will be 95. There was a pop-up thunderstorm come through a 5AM. Got up to watch the light show. A little bit of spotty rain showers but nothing big at my house. It's now moving east into New Mexico. The rest of the day will be sunny here. Stay safe..... Jim

Thursday 9/14/23

:coffee:...Good Morning and Welcome to my Local Weather News. Currently we have cloudy skies and 50°F. I have enjoyed the cooler weather and to get back into some good Ryde Times. Just going to take everything in it's own time.

High today of only 74°F with some sunshine.
Low at 48°F and no rain in our local forecast.

Stay Safe and enjoy your Ryde Times. ....

More of the same here in Arkansas. Mornings in the 50's to 60's. Highs for the day around 75. A couple cloudy days with fog yesterday morning. Sunshine and blue sky today. Many trees are getting a yellow tinge to them. It does not appear that we will be getting bright, beautiful fall colors this year. The forecast calls for for "dull" colors.

We're having typical seasonal weather here in the desert S.W. Daytime highs are in the mid to high 90s and nighttime lows in the low 70s. Very comfortable weather for any outside activity. The mountains surrounding the valley usually have afternoon thunderstorm. Sometimes a little storm will sneak into the valley but they usually don't amount to much. It almost feels cold going to the swimming pool now after having a long and very hot summer. Soon the snowbirds will be coming to town for the winter. They seem to like hanging at the pool when it's in the 70s and 80s. They can have it. That's too cold for us year-round residences. Rather be doing a road trip in search of a good meal! Stay safe..... Jim

We had some fog this morning, but it is gone now. We will be left with a good amount of sunshine through the first half of Thursday. A few clouds may mix in further north and in the upper elevations thanks to low pressure situated to our North in Canada. Temps will feel rather like fall like in the 60's for most places. Speaking of fall, it will be clear and cool tonight as some of the usual cooler valleys could fall back into the 30s elsewhere, and we look to stay in the low to mid 40's.

Friday starts with sunshine, but high thin clouds will begin to build in as Lee starts to make its arrival in our neck of the woods. Temps on Friday climb into the mid and upper 60's and lower 70's. Lee will continue to churn north this weekend into the Gulf of Maine towards the Canadian Maritimes.

Locally, Lee's impacts should be pretty minimal. Most of us will notice the clouds on Saturday but remain dry. There could be a few spot showers on the Vermont and New Hampshire Border, But those will not amount to much. The most noticeable impact for all of us will be probably be the breezy conditions with wind gusts between 20-40 MPH at times.

Lee departs , leaving us with nice weather for Sunday. An other frontal system will bring more showers on Monday. After that, it looks like we'll set the stage for some nice pleasant riding weather for a good portion of next week.

Also, some of the leaves are changing colors:gaah:

:chat:...Welcome to Friday's weather news from Indiana, currently we have 50°F. Yes, that's a little chilly for me.

The Indiana Farmers have already saying that they are going to have a good yield for this year. Most have been just waiting for everything to get dry and start the harvest season. The corn is coming along well and the beans are where they need to be.

Today is a warmer day than yesterday.
High of 77°F with sunshine and clear sky.
Low at 49°F.

Getting a vine riped tomatoe every day.
They are very tasty. We love them in our salads, on hamburgers and made BLTs.

Stay Safe and Be Healthy. ....

High today will be 100. The overnight low will be a very pleasant 68! We have definitely turned the corner from our hot summer to more reasonable temperatures. There are no clouds today and the wind is light. Heading for the pool this afternoon to enjoy before it gets too cold. Our riding season usually starts about the first of October. And by November we even have to wear a jacket (sometimes). Stay safe..... Jim

The tomato plants are doing well too. The wife and I have enjoyed each one. You know what they say. Nothing like a good vine ripped tomato. I will eat a tomato for you that like them. ....:roflblack:....:roflblack:

Nothing new to report from the desert. Daily highs in the mid to upper 90s. Overnight lows in the high 60s and low 70s. Currently it's 89 degrees with some cloud cover. No rain forecast. The humidity currently is 18%. Looks like we may get back to highs of 100 mid-next week. But that will only last a couple of days. Nothing to get excited about. Stay safe..... Jim

Had a really nice thunder boomer last night. The lightning show was very good. Started off with 60's and a little bit of fall chill in the air. The leaves are mostly getting a yellow tinge to them. Not many trees have turned full color yet. High seventies to low eighties are the prevailing temperatures. A slight chance of rain today, but, we are going for a little ride anyway. Have to keep that battery charged up.

Happy Fall, from Arkansas.

Enjoy your Day and be Happy. ....
