Back to 60's for a couple days, then a couple of high 40's. Sunshine and blue skies. The snow from Monday is now gone.

The current temp in Vermont is 20 degrees.

Also, winter came back again on this Valentine's Day. A clipper system brought us a quick layer of fresh new snow overnight, but it was topped off with a cold and blustery day. Those gusty winds will be easing up as we go through the night, so wind chills will not be such an issue as we get into Thursday.

Another clipper system will be coming through with more fresh snow late Thursday into Friday, and this one has little more punch to it. So, we are looking at anywhere from 1'-3' of snow in the Champlain Valley of Vermont from the clipper system by the end of the day on Friday, but a lot of us will end up with 2" to 4". There could be as much as 6" inches or a little more at some of the higher mountain peaks to the North, like Jay Peak area, which is in the Northern Part of Vermont.

As we head into the President's Day Holiday weekend, it will be unsettled with a couple of minor disturbances passing through. There could be a few more snow showers with snow fresh powder on both Saturday and Sunday.

Things will calm down as we get into next week with a slow warming trend taking place by mid-week.

Deanna
