Well here in Vermont, we have a few stronger thunderstorms moving through the area this evening, overall severe potential is low, but a severe thunderstorm or two is possible. High pressure centered off the Southeast coast will remain our tropical, warm, and muggy air mass across Vermont and the North Country through the end of the week. Weak upper-level disturbances tracking over the region will spark daily afternoon showers and thunderstorms, with localized heavy downpours the main impact . A cooling trend begins next week as high pressure weakens, bringing lower humidity and additional chances for showers.
Tonight temp is in the upper 60's. Scattered showers and thunderstorms tapper off this evening with the loss of the daytime heating. Remaining mostly cloudy, warm, and humid overnight with low temps only dropping into the upper 60's to near 70. Dewpoints remaining near 70 will make for a sticky night, with patchy valley fog developing late overnight, particularly in the river valleys and areas that receive afternoon rain.
Friday will be sunny, warm and humid with scattered showers.

Sunday and beyond the Bermuda high weakens and sinks southward Sunday into early next week, allowing a cooler Canadian air to bring a cooling trend and lower humidity . Sunday features mostly sunny skies with highs in near 85 degrees and only and isolated showers risk over the Northeast Kingdom. Highs remain in the mid 80's Monday with partly sunny skies and an isolated afternoon storm chance .

Here in Anacortes, it's 68 degrees, which is the high for today. 
We experienced some drizzle this morning, but now it is just partly cloudy. There's still a slight chance of more drizzle through the night. Much happier here than I would be in the desert. Stay safe..... Jim
