• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Come to West Virginia or South Western Pennsylvania...and to make things even more interesting, we'll also throw in some potholes that you can't possibly dodge!! :yikes:

I intend to do just that this summer, again but hope not to see too many pot holes.
Is the Mystery Hole still open. I think it is rt 60, might wrong on location
I never found a bad road to ride on except in the big cities

I have been wanting to ride the Blue Ridge to Fort Royal, VA. than cut through W.VA. , Tenn and NC. back home. Every year something happens and I can't make the trip. It is still on my list to do Hope it will happen this year.

John,
If you've got a guestroom; I may just take you up on your offer! :D
We don't have a lot of technically challenging roads up here; but we've got some decent roads through some pretty country...

Maybe...someday....

but haven't traveled all those amazing roads in my backyard yet. Only difference is yours are a bit more seasonal than ours...;) though northern CA can double for eastcoast ryding in places...

If you ride the Blueridge to Front Royal, you are within striking distance of "Back of The Dragon" ( http://backofthedragon.com/ ), VA 16 from Marion, VA to Tazwell, VA . . . it consists of a two lane road going over three mountains, and is full of twisties . . . 260 curves over 32 miles! It is well worth the ride.

Happy to say that I can also offer a lot of twisties. I can offer up at least 8 twisty rides within a hundred miles. Six of the above are within 30 miles. Five of the above are within 20 miles.

I throw in the snow covered mountains, the rivers, the 50 mile vistas, the ocean, and the forests for free. Come and ride.:yes:
