I feel strongly that everyone should carry a first aid kit no matter your mode of transportation. I have always carried a WalMart special (plus tampons and poise pads...hey don't laugh they do a great job of stopping blood flow!!!:thumbup
. Started a conversation this winter with Reggy (TricLED owner) about North to Alaska trip. He mentioned a paramedic friend who creates these awesome first aid kits. So I bought one and passing information along to you if you should feel the need to be PREPARED..:thumbup:
Here is what is in the kit: (I added eye wash to mine)...otherwise these are verrrrrry complete.
