when you listen to what is said, the cop got his foot ran over, but i don't think what he did was the right thing to do. he could of just arrested the guy

Over reaction..!! I've had my foot run over by many things and that scooter would not do much on a big guy like that. If it is true and it is on tape things are clear..guess we will never know...:dontknow:

What gives me an uneasy feeling is you see a lot more of that kind of behavior from our finest. I have witnessed two such similar incidences of police misbehavior and brutality in as many years. Neither of the five officers involved were ever reprimanded or punished. I have pretty much lost respect.

Two many rookies trying to emulate TV or the Movies.

I did have a feeling that a lawsuit was going to be in order. Sounds like the man lawyered up pretty good. $Millions here, I would guess. :yikes:
