• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

YOU CAN DO IT, TOO!

Take a look at my picture album "Rosie's Coverup". I made it myself. Could not find one that I liked and reasonably priced. I checked out the type of fabrics that were being sold on the internet, went to the fabric store and picked out something I liked. It was a remnant at that! It was very easy to make, except when the safety pin I was using to thread the elastic opened up and got stuck almost near the end and I had to undo the seam and restitch it. Not so bad. Only frustrating. :( Sewing is not my thing although it was a great motivator to really make something that I liked, at the right price and really serves a purpose. I use it on very hot days and the cover keeps the seat from getting blazing hot. MM

Looks great MM. :2thumbs:

How small does it fold up too?
I know there is (usually) room in my trunk, but I was wondering if it would fit under the seat.

Great idea! I'll check it out and get back. I also made a drawstring pouch to put it in when it's not in use. I'll have to post a pic of it. MM :ohyea:

The pics of the pouch are posted. I checked it out, Tom. I almost could fit my cover under the seat. I could fold it to be very small although I used a decorative fabric that has a nubby texture throughout and it does not have a smooth fold. I'm sure if the fabric had no raised texture it would work. Also, I realize that I probably used more fabric in some areas than was needed. That goes for the pouch, too. Happy Riding. MM
