Bottom line here is that this guy decides for suicide by cop, the deputy fired 28 times from 12-15 feet and apparently was only able to hit him once blowing off part of his finger.

That building to the left must have a bunch of bullet holes in it. Starbucks was lucky to be closed. According to the article the guy wanted to die, next time make sure that its the Highway patrol, they are better trained. He was in Levenworth, where were the city cops when he said "shots fired".
