• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I miss my scoot...it's been in the shop since Saturday and all this beautiful weather not being able to take advantage of it. Hopefully I'll be able to get it back tomorrow. Looks like the weather's changing and getting wet. :(

Haha! Yeaaaaaah I will survive it. Went in for it's first service and they are trying to get to the bottom of a small hiccup. They said I could take it home and bring it back, but I figured since they had it and were working on it, best to just leave it and get it figured out, so when I do get it I can ride it and not have to worry about anything. Nothing came up on the BUDS, recalls/updates were done, just trying to figure out the mysterious backfire and flat spot. Changed one plug, and they have to take the top apart to get to the other one and they ran out of time so it'll be done today. Hopefully....

Wow..!!

Nice musical interlude as we all wish you luck and that the weather clears before you ryde again...

Sometimes, sitting down at the computer and perusing the site sponsers with a credit card in hand, will help with the separation anxiety from the :spyder2:. :roflblack::roflblack:

Got it back and boy does it ever run smooooooooth! One plug was whacky, they changed both. No more loud backfires and flamethrowing. Just hurt like hell riding it home with an injured thumb. Got a brat nail thru the knuckle just before lunch. Didn't think it was an issue till I stared to ride and realized THAT was the thumb I shift with.:yikes:

did you get all the up-dates done with no hassle ???????? And you are mobile again even with an OWEEEEE, me however still in storage, shoulda stayed in Kelowna.

I have thumb issues, and i have the grip set up so I can actually change UP using my index finger, there is enough of a lip on
the shifter to do it quite comfortably. Worth a try :)
