• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Yet another rainy weekend

Seems as though mother nature decided that riding the Spyder for enjoyment this holiday weekend wasn't the plans it had.
We are now into September and the riding weekends in Ohio have been few and far between. Hope your weekend/weekends have been great for riding.

Hot and Humid here

Good god, it's hot as hell here in the Atlanta area...it's not the heat, it's the humidity lol

We didn't get the rain that they threatened; a little bit of "Wind Therapy" was enjoyed... :D
Other commitments; kind of kept us close to home...

Our weather for the weekend has been totally great. Usually, we get rain and chilly. This year has been the exception.

60 degrees, sunny, blue skies and just enough wind to bring on the fall smells. The trees are turning in the high country to hues of yellow. The alpine meadows are putting on their brown and red shows. We did over 300 miles of "joyriding" on Saturday and Sunday. I am going to do more of the same today.

Sorry for those that have less than perfect rydeing weather. I am also in the 45 or so rydeing days until the snow and ice hit the road--then it will be time to park them until March or so.

The summer here was great--but--where the heck did it go?

Rain...what's Rain?

We haven't seen rain since early spring.... This California drought, while making more ryding days possible (which I'm not complaining about btw), sucks! I guess the grass really is GREENER on the other side!nojoke
Enjoy the liquid sunshine while you can my friend!!! Feel free to ship a few buckets full to the west coast if you get a chance!
I hope you're having a great weekend anyway and you get a chance to get out and ryde soon!

90 miles Northwest

Here in Fostoria OH, about 90 miles Northwest of you it is dry as a popcorn fart. Hot enough at 89 degrees but dry. I've done a lot of riding this weekend, gassed up twice in fact.

Almost too hot to ride.

I rode my Spyder over to a nearby Mexican restaurant for lunch. It was a bit warm (100). Supposed to hit 106 this afternoon. Not all that good for riding here, either.
