I,m thinking about the BR and x-creen tour- Do both the Bolt On and Clamp on have the same 2 way adjustability because the Bolt-On is cheaper??

I do not think so, but I could be wrong. My tour model came with both. I was specific when I ordered on the phone I wanted the 2-way adjustment.

I have an X-creen sport and the clamp on model comes with all the stuff you need to bolt it onto the screen.
It is also two way adjustable and I've posted pics of it on one of my previous posts. Works for me.
I was out yesterday in temps up to 90*F (much more in the stationary traffic) and did around 150 miles with
just a baseball cap, speeds up to 80mph and at no time did I feel that I'd lose my cap!!
