There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Wrap my bike

I'm interested in doing a minor wrap on my bike. Mainly the lightening bolts/barbwire type. My issue is that I'm totally a zero at design/color appreciation.

I have a 2014 yellow bike. Who has a yellow bike and what colors have you used that you are happy with?

Wrap My Sypder

pitzerwm,
Get a hold of Pete at Wrap My Spyder. I just drove 10 hours from Maine to Erie PA to have a ful wrap on my wife's RT. He did a FABULOUS job. He was recommended to me from several fellow Sypder owners. If I had a picture on this computer I would send it to you. If you would like to see what he did let me know.

I agree with you on where I am going to buy them from, my issue is what color would look good not god ugly on my bike.

Agree..!!

Pete's the guy to check with. If it were my yellow spyder I would go with a maroon color. But he has an assortment of colors and designs to choose from...good luck and pictures when its done...

Wrap my Spyder is the place to go, they have lots of choices and will help you with colors. Ultimately it is up to you but they will give you great ideas. Their products are easy to install and look great on the bike. Good luck and happy cruising!

Wife and I are going through the same thinking. We also have a yellow RT. Our thoughts? Purple, Red. Maroon, Silver. :dontknow: :shemademe_smilie: Tom :spyder:

What colors do you like? For example, I'm not partial to green, but I really like purple and red. So perhaps you can start by eliminating the colors you know you don't want. Also, browse at fabric stores and look for how colors are combined in patterned fabrics. I did that when I bought a house with purple wallpaper on one bedroom wall. It wasn't hideous to take down right away, so I figured out how to decorate with it. By browsing fabrics, I realized orange and rust worked well with it.

If you come up with some ideas for the wrap; perhaps he can work them up for you in some different colors...
But in any case; Pete's the man for the job!
Yellows...

Yellow and Black pair up nicely. :D

I did check with Pete, and he had a deal on the Red Reflective Barbwire, I think it will work, but if its ugly, I'll change it.

Got it Done

I bought the Barbwire Red reflective, and got it installed. Pete was a big help and the installation was easy other than lining up two that are close enough to see that they are off a MM.

I have a 2014RTS-SE6 cognac I got the Sceptor Kit -Orange/ Reflective from WRAPMYSPYDER.COM Pete.

Orange and black go together, The Sceptor kit that I got has black in it and "Go to the thread that I started " Pictures of my latest farkles on 2014RTS-SE6" you will see what I did. Which ever color you choose get reflective. Deanna

Looks great!! Thank you for the nice comments & referrals guys.. ;)

Sorry Pete, I didn't use your "advertising logo" that came with the kit. Nice touch though but I did cover the BRP logos with your "ad" spyder decal both trailer and bike. I don't know why but I hate manufacture/dealer info/logos on my property. I remove the Can Am decal too, but its molded into the 2014, still thinking how to get rid of that. First to go!!!
