WOW - FULMER

WOW................. :yes:
i ordered the 'inners' for my FULMER helmet, and something got messed up in our communications (must'a bin my fault)....
when i received delivery, the 'inners' wouldn't fit IN the helmet.... i called FULMER, and spoke with an extremely considerate young lady... she asked if i could email pictures of my helmet, see the white one below; AF-655... upon viewing my pix, it was determined that my helmet was no longer available... i'm guessing they must have thought it was their fault for the mix up, and offered to send me a complete helmet, the black one:AF-755.... WOW.... :clap:
i was blown away by their generoucity and concern for their customers.... i'll be sure to keep them in mind when i'm looking to buy my next helmet....

That was great. I have a couple of the fulmer helmets. In fact, i have one that looks just like the black one, with an internal sun shield. The only issue that I have ever had was when one of the vents stopped working on my modular one. I stopped by my suzuki dealership and they ordered me a new one. Unfortunately I had an accident on the way home and cracked the helmet. Surprisingly enough, the dealership never called me to let me know if the vent came in or not:shocked:.

what is it with some dealers....? seems like some don't NEED/WANT our money since their customer service sux...... :lecturef_smilie:
