There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Wonderful Surprise

NancysToy

Motorbike Professor
This afternoon I had just come down off the roof, where I was doing some chimney repairs, when the phone rang. It was Deb (dltang) saying there was a gang (herd, slew, gaggle, bunch?) of Spyders in town, and could they come visit. I rode over on Nancy's Spyder to guide them in. Present were Deb, (DLTang), Brian (BJT), Randy (Rando), Joan (SpyderRyder810), and Bob (RLS). Bob rode his Victory, and was somewhat apologetic, but as I am only a Spyder ryder by theft, I took no exception. I love motorcycles of every shape and size, and his is a beauty! :) I guided them to the house, gave them a tour of the bikes and cars in the barn, and broke out the tricycle. A good time was had by all. The only regret was that we had no chance to ride together, and the visit was too short. They had lots of road yet to cover to get home. Nancy and I were so pleased to finally meet some more SpyderLovers in person. What a wonderful surprise. Next time we'll plan ahead and throw something on the grill after a nice Ryde, what do ya say? Stop by anytime.

Thanks for the short notice hospitality Scotty. Sorry I broke your three wheeler. :opps: :(

Apparently it's a colony or cluster. :dontknow:

(Sorry we couldn't colonize or cluster with you that day, but I sure hope somebody got a photo of 6'4" Brian on Scotty's tricycle!)

Photos will follow soon everyone. Also have a short video of Scotty actually riding the tricycle so we know it is real. I should have gotten of video of bjt riding it though, that was a lot funnier. Something right out of Funniest Home Videos. Yes bjt broke one of the pedals during his "panic stop" LOL That little tike can run.

Scotty & Nancy, Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality. Next time we will plan ahead and a ryde and cook out sounds great.

Here is the video as well as some photos, sorry it didn't turn out so well, these are from my cell phone.

Here are the photos of bjt, RLS, SpyderRyder810 and myself. Now I added Rando at the botton

We had a grand time yesterday with all of you. The eats  at a Damn Site Inn in Hell was great. The group ride was great...except when we lost Bob (RLS). Who knew this personal tank was that full. :dontknow: It was so nice to meet Randy (Rando) & Bonnie and Scotty & Nancy. We enjoyed rumaging through your barn Scotty, looking at all those vintage bikes. OK folks, Bob is looking over my shoulder right now as I type. He wants me to change the "Huh" icon to :2thumbs:. I guess it was a personal achievement or something like that.....Joan
P.S. Oh am I in the :spyder:house now!

Don't worry about the pedal, Brian. :opps: It has happened before. I guess I should have added an "M" switch and safety card. LOL One thing about hotrods and vintage iron, you are always fixing something. It will be right as rain next time you show up. I'll even put in some fresh gas. Guess you proved whether a conventional trike or a Spyder is more stable. :D

Nice pics, and nice avatars folks. What a hoot! As to the rights to the movie, how much will you take to destroy the negatives, Deb? :D Seems that no matter what I do in my life, I am destined to be linked with that silly tricycle forever. Glad you enjoyed the magazine article.

Looking forward to our next encounter. Thanks you all again for coming. :2thumbs:

I'm not gonna ride it again unless he gets a VSS and antilock brakes installed. :D
