1330cc Won’t shift

My 2014 RT limited today suddenly won’t shift into reverse or forward
Cluster shows engine controls module and transmission module. I have had no issues with this bike it has 49000 miles on it so far and help would be greatly appreciated

Can you pull the codes?

May have lost the communication on one of those modules and I am just guessing at this point.

Lately a few folks here have reported having similar issues with the Paddle shifter ..... A good tech should be able to isolate the problem .... the bad news is - if that module needs to be re-placed - lats I heard there is a back-log of re-placement parts.... Good luck .... No codes come up. Only the light in the cluster. One is the engine light that stays on the the other shows the little sigh on the transmission module

For S&Gs have you tried disconnecting the battery for a couple minutes?

may even check the battery connections .
