We had a shorter season here in Wisconsin as only February was excellent with plenty of snow and cold. I didn't take that many pictures this year as I've been collecting video with my GoPro to share. Pictured is my current Winter Ride, BRP's Ski Doo Blizzard. It has the 900 ACE engine that is also popular in the current Rykers. The snowmobile application produces 90 horsepower which will move you along just shy of 100 mph depending on conditions.

A couple of videos from this past season. I apologize for those that have seen these on another thread. The first is a group of us on the local trails, the second vid is from our Club Ride in the deep forests of northern Wisconsin.

As a footnote, I've been asked, "why would you want to go out in the cold and do this?" My answer is always, if I'm going to live in a climate that can vary from 100 in the summer to -45 in the Winter I'm going to make the most of it. It keeps me active and gives me something to engage during the long winter months. Also the gear that we wear is outstanding for maintaining body warmth and protection from the elements.
