There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Winston-Salem Honda/Can Am Dealer doing Lazer Alignments

It was mentioned earlier that they were getting the Lazer equipment and when I spoke to them last wednesday they said they were up and running at $126.60 per. With winter coming on their business slows down so this would be a good time to get it done.

PS: I'm not affiliated with them in any way other than I like their service dept who has been more than fair to me with some problems that I've had and I've come to respect both the Can Am techs.

We did!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had our two Spyders done at Honda of Winston Salem after we waited from the time the shop opened(9:00AM) until Norm Robinson got there about 4:30PM. He taught the two techs how to do the alignment on my wife's Spyder and the alignment was off(front tires were worn on the outside of the tread). I think Norm said the toe-in was off. Then Norm let the two techs do the alignment on mine and mine was way off(handle bars would be to the left as I rode).
My wife said she did not notice much difference BUT we rode yesterday and our mileage was:
Wifes=36.59(always has been 32 before)
Mine=34.70(always has been 32 before)
Wife can turn loose the handle bars and Spyder tracks straight.

Mine still rides with the handle bars turned to the left and when I turn loose the handle bars it goes to the right( I'm going to take it back to find out WHY???????????)

I just had mine done by Lamont and all is great. Tracks much better and a lot of vibration is gone. The handlebars must be re-set on the buds computer to center them. Did they hook up to buds? Doesn't sound like they did. The handle bars need to be positioned at center and then set at center on buds, also the steering sensor needs to be checked and set if needed. My sensor indicated it had not ever been set. Also the handle bars should have been set to straight before they did the alignment.

Does anyone know their hours of operation? I am in Charlotte and interested in getting mine done. Looks like they have some bugs they need to work out. Maybe I should wait and let them get some experience?.

Yes 9:00AM to 5:00PM Tuesday to Saturday. Call for an appointment.

Bill, let us know how you make out. I had intended to go up that day and meet Norm but something came up that I couldn't go. I wouldn't have waited all day for them tho. :) At 31K mine is just showing barely a bit of wear on one side so I'm gonna prob hold off till I get new fronts. Maybe springtime.
