I came across this idea on another forum and thought some here might be interested.
This is a fun ryding game and one that you can play every day. Its a WILD CARD PHOTOTAG.
I'll give you an example.
The point of the Wild Card tag is to reproduce the "theme" of the previous post. For example, I started this with picture of my Spyder in front of a 'big view'. To "grab" the tag the first person to post a shot of their Spyder in front of a 'big view' gets to choose the next "theme". It can be anything, provided it is something that most would have access to. Use your imagination - for example, your Spyder in front of of a very large boot, or a post office, etc.
Rules are easy...
1. Upon posting your new tag, the tagger is responsible for specifying what it is in the photo that must be reproduced. Be specific, but not so specific that no one else will be able to play because we couldn't find another pink school bus.
2. The first person to post their grabbed tag gets to determine the next theme. If you get a tag, but somebody else posts their picture first, you have been Bruced. Post your shot anyway telling us you have been Bruced.
3. File photos are NOT permitted. You must ryde to play this game. Photo must be current, however, you can take the photo for the new tag on the same ryde of the grabbed tag.
4. The Spyder in the picture must get to the tag location under its own power.
5. Last but not least, should the tag be so ridiculous that no one is able to reproduce it, it can be voted down if a majority of the active participants feel necessary.
FROM THE TIME YOU POST THE GRAB, YOU HAVE UP TO 24 HOURS TO POST YOUR NEW TAG. AFTER 24 HOURS THE TAG IS UP FOR GRABS AGAIN. THIS ONLY APPLIES TO GRABBED TAGS. A DROPPED TAG (ONE NO ONE HAS GRABBED) CAN SIT AS LONG AS NEEDED.
REMEMBER, SPECIFY WHAT THE THEME IS.
The point of this is not to win the game, or get a better picture than the guy who just Bruced you, the point is the ryde. Let's say someone tags a post office. Rather than get out and ryde a block to my local post office, I might ride an hour or so, out to the historic post office a few towns over.... Make it interesting.
Given the wide area this game may cover, please tell us where your posting is located (city, state , country) even if it may be obvious from the photo.
