• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Wife's Solution to the Rear Trunk Piston

I asked my wife for an extra pair of hands to remove the rear trunk piston on our 2020 RTL. She asked why are we taking the piston out? When I told her what I wanted to do. She replied," hold on", "I have an idea". :hun: She went to the back of the garage and came back with a piece of pipe insulation and cut it to fit. :firstplace: I'll be damned if it didn't work great! :banghead: She didn't have to cook dinner last night. Tom :spyder:

It's a great idea, just don't forget to take it out before you try to close it, the cheap hinge may not take to kindly to having that lump in the way.:ohyea:

I am lucky to be just the right height to hold the trunk open with my head. After all, in my Basic Rider Course, they told me to always use my head.

Nice. A small rubber door stopper works fine too. Replaced the faulty original strut with a better one from Slingmods.
