• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

wife wants to buy a spyder

I have found that when we travel... it doesn't matter if I'm on a Really tricked out Harley.. or a customized Valkyrie.... All eyes and questions come to my wife's Spyder..... I think I may be invisible....LOL

The same thing happens to us too....hubby on our HD and me on my Spyder! I love it! :ohyea:

She needs her own!

"We" bought our 2010 RT (SE5 - blue) in May. I never thought I would enjoy driving one myself as much as I do. I bought my Spyder (2008 RS SM5 - yellow) September 17th. Every "girl" needs her own Spyder.

:welcome: and once bitten, the :spyder2: is very addicting and knowing a few on these boards, a one :spyder2: family could very well become a two :spyder2: family. :congrats:

I've always wondered if the Lady Spyder Riders with hubbies on a HD (or other) stay in back because they can't get around or because they don't want to embarras their beloved....

Actually........he puts me in front of him.....for now anyway. :)
:trike:

With hubby now riding his Vulcan, and me getting comfortable on the Spyder, we'll have to take a ryde together to see who's in front!!:f_spider:

Just put your foot down and tell him you will be in front! :lecturef_smilie:

Welcome and I'm interested to know if your "early experience" has altered some of your opinions stated at the beginning of your thread? I realize that it's probably too early to "make a call", but just wondered so far.

Sorry it has taken us so long to get back to you! We still do alot of reading on the forum. We enjoy our Can Am immensly and have not regretted buying it. Actually since we bought the Can Am we haven't even rode any on our 2 wheel bike at all.

Happy Safe Motoring
