• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone know the WIDTH of RT Limited front tires? I am looking for permantley mounted chocks for my trailer. I have a set of great ones for my Harley but need a set that fit the RT......... The price of the Ultimateclamps is too high in my opinion.......... just give me good old stainless steel and a good set of tie downs.......

Thanks,

Bill

I forgot to mention the reason for me not measuring myself .. I am currently in Japan....RT in States........

Depends if you have the stock tire or not. I have wider than stock and they are 185/60/14 and 7 inches wide. The stocks are 165's.

Wouldn't hurt to make them 6 or even 7 inches. The way BRP wants you to do it is loop a tie down strap through each front wheel and one through the back. I have done this in a Penske truck and hauled the spyder cross country without it moving. The chocks would make tie down a lot quicker though.

I have a 2014 RT Limited with standard tires and I bought some standard chocks at WalMart and bolted them to the floor of my trailer. Didn't worry about the width cuz they appear to be about 6". I have trailered all over the Midwest and nary a problem.
BIG F
