The Hard/soft toggle switch is reading 'manual'. Compressor not working?
Either that ^; but it could be fuses (does your windshield raise & lower?); or maybe it's the height sensor link arm between the swing arm and the sensor isn't connected; or an air line that's not holding air so the computer shut down the continually running compressor; or there's NO air in the air bag & the system can't work out what to do!

It'd probably help a little if you told us what year/how new your RT is, since that link being left disconnected is probably one of the most complained about issues on recently purchased Spyders - see post #4 in the linked thread below for adding your Spyder year/model info to your sig line.
If it's the height sensor link, that's down on the left hand side of the Spyder, inboard of the foot boards/pegs, and tucked in just above the front end swing arm, linking the swing arm to the height sensor itself - check that out & bolt it up if necessary.
If it's just an empty air bag, and not necessarily a dirty/leaking/blown air line connection (which you'd need to find and fix - spraying them from a spray bottle filled with water & a little detergent can help by revealing bubbles where leaks are occurring) or a punctured air bag (punctures aren't all
that common, but can happen especially if small gravel bits get into the load bearing surface between the bottom of the air bag and the swing arm...) you
might get away with just manually adding 10-15 psi of air via the Schraeder valve under the seat - a bit of air in the air bag sometimes lets things work again, at least until the air bag deflates next time anyway!
I'd make sure the height sensor is connected first, then try adding air to the air bag; and finally eliminate it being a blown fuse &/or a leak/s somewhere before looking for a new compressor - there are much better quality after market compressors available, but they do entail removing a lot of tupperware and are a bit fiddly to fit, generally requiring rotating the outlet on the pump itself.
OR (the cheapest and easiest option

) you could simply convert your system to a manual operation by bypassing the height sensor and compressor completely and simply adding air as required/when necessary via the under seat Schraeder valve;
OR if you don't mind spending a bit/really like to ride worry free, just disconnect the bleedin' painful & problematic ACS completely and source/install a good quality shock/coil assembly that is up to carrying your usual loads without needing any assistance/height adjustment - heck, if you don't mind spending a few $$, you can replace ALL the 'barely adequate' shocks & coils with much better alternatives, ranging from 'good value, better performance' right thru to an 'all the bells and whistles suspension set-up' which comes at a higher price!
Over to you!
