Looking for St. Louis Riders Heading to Spyderfest

Hi. I’ve been on this site for a couple of years and this is my first posting. I live in the St. Louis, MO area and will be attending Spyderfest again this year. I plan on leaving the St. Louis area on Thursday morning 5/1 and returning home on Sunday 5/4. Is there anyone in the St. Louis area that might be leaving around the same time and would like to ride together? The route I plan on riding is down I-44 to Rolla, south on Hwy 63, the over to Springfield on Hwy 60. I know it's a bit longer route but I enjoy riding on country highways, vs. Interstate routes. Just to let you know the first service is now at 3000 miles and oil changes every 9300 miles after that.

My dealer told me that right after they did my 600 mile checkup. Not cool.

Not liking the weather forecast for Springfield. Looks like four days of 60% or greater chance of rain and cool temps. Even snow flurries on Tuesday night. Been there done that last year so there will prolly be a room available at the Lamplighter starting Monday thru Saturday. We will have to discuss it when my wife gets home tonight from work.

Darn Weather

:banghead: So looking forward to SF but the weather sure does not look good! This would be our first SF, will make final evaluation of extended weather this week. Riding in cool and wet weather does not sound that fun. Why dont they have SF in May-June? Hope to make it Come On Weather shape up:lecturef_smilie:

Well because of the Weather

FORD 1 and Wife will not make it this Year , Cold,Rain,Snow.
We are going too Kerrville,Tx for 4 to 5 days , Nice and dry and warm.
I had to do something , Because I already scheduled the days off .
