We had an issue up here a couple days ago. Man was driving 65 in a sixty five zone. SUV in a hurry came up behind him. Man did not get out of the way (three lanes) quick enough. The SUV did a PIT maneuver on the left rear. Put the man upside down in the ditch. Both man and dog were okay, car not so good. Police still "investigating" the incident as of today.
