• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

That's it! This is what our ACE discs look like. Is this what you guys are calling fiber?
When you orig. said it had RIBS , you were talking about the WEAVE Lines, I thought you meant RIBS - like what corrugated roofing looks like. ...the " wavy " looking stuff ............... Mike

I have used a circular saw blade several times to cut 3/16" sheet. Made cuts up to six feet long with no issues. The blade I use is from Harbor Freight, yes that's right, not a typo. Cost of the blade is about $15.
What kind of blade did you use? Metal or fibre? If metal, what is tooth count?

.. If you decide to use a fibre disc ..... google " Walter " brand , they have some in 10" size that are very, very thin, I'm considering one ...... Mike

No, sorry 'bout that. I was referring to the ribs in the steel sheets typically used for barn siding. It's flat for a few inches in between square, inch-tall ribs, and then there's a teeny rib centered between the big ribs. I know this wouldn't really affect the wear-down speed of the fiber (now I know I'm referring to it correctly!) blade. I still think it's our mega moles snacking on our blades behind our backs. :D
