That's the part number for the Tri-Axis bars and Zumo 590 GPS mount. There's another part number if one is mounting a Zumo 660, 219400322.

I have the Tri-axis handle bars and refused to pay that price for a new GPS mount
I took the old mount and cut it to fit the handle bars
the I drilled and tapped a 1/4 20 hole in the front of the mount
the Tri-axis handle bars have a hole in the front for the BRP mount
I drilled that hole to 1/4 inch
I installed a 1/4 20 bolt from the underside of the handle bars and cut the bolt flush with the mount and painted everything black
I posted it with pictures here on Spyder lovers
