• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Whine at 45MPH

Got to ride about 160 miles today. It was great.
But the bike has now developed a loud whine at 45MPH. No, my wife was not with me. Goes away at faster or slower speeds. Not RPM related. Happens in any gear or neutral.
I believe it is the rear brake disk squealling since the rear disc is much hotter than the two fronts. Also, the bearings seem to be okay since the hubs are not hot to the touch.
Anyone else have this squeal?

how is the belt tension and alignment..?? Not being rpm related then the engine an transmission are fine. Other moving parts while rolling would be bearings disks or something rubbing somewhere...:dontknow:
