• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

While we're discussing removing the RT-S seat

I called Corbin to purchase a new dual seat, backrest, etc., for my soon to be 2013 RT-S. I noted in my sales order that the item # was CA-RT-10. That was the same number for my 2010 RT-S seat.

I called Corbin to advise that "possibly" the frame for the 2013 may be different than the 2010. They were not aware of this possibility and said that they would put my order on hold until they had a chance to look at the new 2013's.

I have no idea whether the frame is the same or not, or even whether it will make a difference. I just wanted to give a possible "heads up" for anyone who may be contemplating the same.

Follow Up on Corbin seat for 2013

I hope to get up to Corbin in Ormand Beach early Monday morning. They have a spare seat for the 2010 - 2012 RT-S spyders. They're going to put it on mine to see if it fits properly on the 2013.

Needless to say I hope it does.
