• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I guess there are different ways and reasons for riding the type roads we do..Everyone has a preference and opinion..What type roads will you travel if it is raining fairly heavy?..In my case it would not add that many miles but would add maybe an hour..

For me, it boils down to the choices of the moment. Do I want speed to get through some not so scenic places, or do I want to take in the scenery that is sometimes bypassed by the interstate?

Interstate going - where my nose leads me coming back. Hope that storm is done and weather stays reasonable

There isn't a choice for both, depends on how far i'm going. Oops just noticed it said to "Spyderfest", that would be super slab due to time restraints.

Sorta deceiving how the thread title is different than the thread....I despise deception.

It will be a rich mixture of all types of roads the SpyderTV convoy is taking. 3 days for 850 miles, hope here are plenty of roses along the way.

Sorry to be deceiving!..nojoke...I knew what I wanted to say...Just wasn't clear...Don't have to be to Spyderfest really...Just which roads would you prefer if you had a choice and it was raining fairly steady..

planning on a combo of interstates and back roads

on day 1, will use mostly interstates/highways to get across and out of Florida - once that is done, will do some back roading and highway

please let it not be raining, esp not raining hard

welcome to the forums

it has nothing to do with the way the forums are set up, it is a function of certain people who abuse the rules.... it is what it is...
