• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Which LED headlight bulbs are you using?

I bought mine at canamspyderaccessories.com when Pierre was having a killer sale a while back. Everything fits inside the weather protection cover and that was what I wanted. The single failing was a lack of instructions but watching the Lamonster and Sling Mods videos solved the problem for me.

I went with HIDs

DDM Tuning Plus 4500K 35W Premium Canbus HID Kit. I wanted the lower color temperature for better illumination and generally HID bulbs are a better match to projector housings than LED bulbs. I'll be using DDM's 3000K LEDs in the fog lights for conspicuity, which I will also link to turn signal operation. After many tries, I decided I had to remove the frunk and haven't gotten to that yet.

I like my HIDs but installation is not for the faint-hearted: https://www.spyderlovers.com/forums...-622-trailer&p=1564960&viewfull=1#post1564960

I have a pair of Slingmod's 360* LED headlights. I like the different light patterns between low and high beams. Better light distribution in either compared to two sided LEDs. I am very pleased.
