• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Which do you prefer, a Doo Rag or a Skull Cap?

Do you have one preference over the other? A Doo Rag or Skull Cap under your helmet? Which one stays on the head and in place better? Why do you prefer one over the other. 110° today and riding home I couldn't keep the sweat out of my eyes and from running down my poor hairless head. What say you???

I bought a Heat Out cap from Cycle Gear that seems to be OK. Keeps the sweat off my helmet lining but does pull off and stays in when I doff the brain bucket. The fro stays reasonably in tact and there's always the ball cap in the trunk. Riding in the temps we've had I sweat hard even through mesh jacket and really don't care. Going to wash it tonight and see if it tightens up any.

LD Comfort

I use a helmet liner from LD Comfort. I wear it in the summer and it keeps my head from sweating. I also wear it in the cold for warmth. I have a bad sweat problem particularly around my head and i tried several different products. I got the one from LD Comfort because I wear their underwear products and I like them so much. This helmet liner is the best I've tried. It works for me.

Cap

Use a cap, a schampa or a heat out, or ldcomfort. A doo rag has a pesky knot. Knots and helmets don't mix. Joe

2x on the Halo skull cap. Not under helmets however. I wear a Daytona half helmet these days and I prefer it without. Rode for a long time with just a skull cap and lost several in the wind when going 110 like you did.:doorag:
