I LIVED IN FLORIDA FOR 10 YEARS, AND MARCH HAS TO BE ONE OF THE WETTEST MONTHS OF THE YEAR, IF NOT THE WETTEST.....
I'VE ALSO RIDDEN TO FLORIDA IN MARCH AND FROZE MY BUTT OFF.....
MY SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO HOLD THE EVENT IN OCTOBER/NOVEMBER... AWESOME WEATHER, AND THE RAINS ARE OVER.... JMHO....

They do hold it in October Dan.Its called Bikeoktoberfest.Bikeweek in March is huge.I have attended it for the past 6 years and only once going back to the hotel after dinner did it rain a little.

I hope that weather forecast is correct as I am ready for some warm weather and sunshine. Although we might have to put on the track/ski conversion kit to get out of Virginia when we leave on March 7th spyder trip headed to Daytona. It has been below freezing for the past 2 weeks with the exception of this past Sunday. We also got 16" of snow on Saturday which partial of it is still on the ground
