There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
Still not spending a bunch of time here, and certainly not caught up, but I got to at least read a bit. Fairly short on wisdom at the moment, must be contained in the food we eat. :dontknow: Thanks for all you thoughts, prayers, and kind wishes. The problem is acute pancreatitis, BTW. If I survive their "starve them until it settles down" treatment, I'll be back......if I don't do bodily harm to one of my doctors first and get thrown in jail.

Scotty...Good to see your posts again. Jennifer and I wish you a speedy recovery and return to good food. I spent 3 months in a hospital several years ago. Didn't have to worry about food, was fed through 2 needles stuck in between the collar bones (subclaven?). When I got to eat in the 3rd month, I found that the needle food "tasted" better. Hospital food just isn't food. Keep us posted. We do miss all your valuable technical input and experience.
acute pancreatitis...ouch, have read that pain coming from that is the worst. I feel for you; I was just in the hospital to get a trach tube put in. They of course didn't feed me, fearing that food would go down my windpipe. Luckily, it was only 2 days.
Hope you get fixed what might be wrong and get out of there soon
