• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

My warranty will be running out soon.

Which dealer has the best price for the extended BRP warranty? Thanks!

Two places I've heard good things about is Bert's Mega Mall in Calif and iMotorsports in Illinois. You'll have to call them to see what their prices are.

B E S T Warranty

:coffee:.... If you get a 3 year warranty is should be $671.00. That's what I paid for my in 2018. I purchased it from my local Spyder Dealer. .........

Warranties are all different. Be careful when buying just any old warranty. Closely read the exclusion clauses because that's where they all differ. Your only ally when it comes a time (God forbid) to use your warranty is going to be your dealer's service manager. Many warranty companies do not cover shop supplies or disposal fees. So, there is going to be some out of pocket money somewhere. The best time to buy extended warranties is to negotiate them into the original purchase price.

I had excellent results with Thomas Palmer at iMotorsports (630-634-8428). Foolishly, I purchased a non-BRP warranty (Torque) last year when I bought the new RTL. Cost was $1567.50. I cancelled that warranty and inquired about the BRP B.E.S.T warranty and was quoted $1142.00. One call to iMotorsports got me the same B.E.S.T. warranty for $671 because I was a member of Spyderlovers! The whole process took less than 10 minutes, all you need is your VIN.

I went to the my dealer's Parts Mgr and asked how close would he come to the $671. He matched it and I signed up!

I bought the RT there and IF I ever need work, maybe giving them the contract will help motivate them.
(Other than initial setup the RT hasn't graced their shop but all was good on delivery)
