• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Where do 2021 RT L pass arm rests attach - the top case or the bike?

If BRP armrests are installed on a 21 RT L do they attach to the top case or to the bike? If I want to remove the top case I would like for the arm rests to also be removed.
Thanks

Sorry, but the OEM BRP arm rests attach to the Spyder and are not easy to remove........Bill
"And the panel that takes the place of the top case will not fit with the arm rests on."

Show Chrome- Here is the write up
Can-Am Spyder F3 Limited (SE6) / Spyder RT Limited (SE6) 2020, Deluxe Series Black Armrest System by Show Chrome®. This Deluxe Armrest System is the ultimate in styling and comfort. The billet forged aluminum brackets are CNC finished and mount to the trunk. The socketed attachment of the swing arm does not intereferewith the trunk opening and swings fully out of the way for passenger access.

The OEM arm rests go on & come off in less than ten minutes. I only use them for long trips with my wife. I've done it no big deal!

Once taken off would the panel then easily be installed if you wanted to ride without top case?
