• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Where did it go??

So my girls were playing in the garage when the older one comes in and says...can you come here. Knowing the spyder is parked there I get nervous as the tone in my daughters voice also had some nervousness...and we walk to the spyder. Turns out they put a pair of tweezers on the backrest and then somehow they knocked them off and they fell into the nice hole at the back of the seat that BRP put there. I'm assuming they ave reached a void on the inner fender liner of the rear tire, just wondering if they would ever fall out or where else they could be. Just wondering if anyone had something similar.

 I've heard some folks mention that they were able to retrieve various nuts, bolts and washers that have fallen prey to those "black holes".
It takes the proper magnet on the proper probe, but it cane done! Good Luck!

There's no a lot of WILL so I'm guessing there ain't NO WAY I'm tearing apart half the spyder to find .99 tweezers. I'm just hoping they settle into the abyss that is the bowels of the spyder.

The one thing that you'll need more than the proper hardware... is PATIENCE! The only virtue that none of us can wait to acquire! ;)

Many of us have learned the hard way

Its a good idea to stuff something down in the black hole to help prevent something similar from happening again in the future, cause you know if you don't, it will. I used a pot scrubber, cause a rag or paper towel will hold water & could smell over time like mildew. You want something that'll stop nuts & bolts & etc. but allow water to pass. Just a helpful tip from Teddy, as we learned the hard way.20130330_151443-1.jpg
