• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I thought it might add a little levity to this relentless winter to take a poll asking when you think your snow might be gone. It may not help, but it sure can't hurt. :roflblack:

Prolly July. I have 4'-5' drifts in my back yard.

Update: Another 4"-10" predicted for Wednesday.

We hardly ever get snow, but this year we got a little 3 or 4 times.

March is the latest we ever got it before so still possible, although supposed to be in the 60's next week so hopefully temps on the way up!

A week before next falls first snowfall. Still have 7 foot drifts where the bobcat dumped along side my driveway. 😕

We had a couple of freezes this year... pretty unusual....Had a late frost that nipped my tomato plants... hope I don't have to replant....

Still have piles of snow. Also the roads took a beating lots of HUGE potholes.

Don't shot the messenger, but I heard this morning another round is headed for the east coast Wednesday. What we got is long gone. Now if I can get rid of all the water standing in the back yard...

I don't believe we will have any more snow, it is supposed to get to 70 today and 76 tomorrow. :roflblack:

It piles up fast and the sun takes it down fast around here. Well before the 15th of April. All things normalize.

Your Opinion for a "winter home" ... Arizona OR Florida?????

AFTER THIS :cus: WINTER.......I am thinking of "moving up" the date to purchase a "snow bird" home in the south.....either Arizona (recently spent a week there riding a rental (sorry, it was a Gold Wing) OR Florida (where I have a few relatives).

What's your opinion???? Arizona? or......Florida? for a winter home for someone who has spent most of their life in the frozen tundra of Minnesnowta???????

Appreciate your "voice" on the pro's and con's of these two fine states!!:yes::yes:
