• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Wheels are finally in

I finally picked up my wheels from the powder coating shop and I love them . It took them 5 weeks instead of the one week they had told me initially but they ended up not charging me for the job so I am a happy camper. Now on to the tires. Any suggestions in regards to the tires would be greatly appreciated. Looking for tires that do good in rainy conditions especially living in Florida .

thanks! I did actually look around the forum and found a bunch of posts about tires.:thumbup:

TIRES

The stickiest tires I ever had on a Spyder were the Toyo Proxes T1R in 185/55-15 for the front. This includes wet ,dry, and resistance to Hydroplaning ....................Mike

The wheels look great I had my front wheels powder coated gloss black to match the color of the bike.:2thumbs:

FIT....?????

Will they fit without any mods???? Thanks
Good question....From what I can see your fenders look different from all the other models......so I can't honestly say yes for certain.........I have a 2014 RT ..BASIC...this has the old style fenders and I bent the fender brackets a little for clearance ( the front bracket )........Mike

What's different about these than the one's in the catalog? http://www.publications.brp.com/doc...rth-america-us-en/2016-catalog/2015090101/#94

I actually looked at RS & STS wheels for my F3 but ultimately liked the Black Chrome and never ordered them.

The only difference is the finish/ color. The ones i posted are actually the carbon black ones that came with my old 2013 st-s. The same exact ones showing on the catalog for the rss and sts. All i did is powdercoat them gloss black. :2thumbs:
