What's the SpyderRyder Secret?

Got my SpyderRyder owner's card and member number. Logged on to SpyderLovers.com about 6 weeks ago and inputted all my info so that my name & location would appear on their SpyderRyder map. Have re-visited the site numerous times since then and I still show up missing on the map. Contacted them via email to explain my problem (3+ weeks ago) but never got a reply. I noticed the SpyderRyder Facelift ad when I logged on to spyderlovers.com so I thought Can-AM/BRP (or whomever) might have cured their ills ... but I'm still not on the map.

I'm obviously doing something wrong. Any advice?

For whatever reason, BRP hasn't had a smooth implementation of any of their rider forum sites. (two or three attempts now?) I rarely visit their forum because of that.

That's because they have some 14 year-old who's in love with Flash running it. Sometimes the cool bling stuff just gets in the way. When it's implemented correctly you never even notice it's there.

The one thing they had right is gone now. I use to like to see what new pics were posted on the front page and then scroll through the rest of them. Now it's not worth the time to try and find the new pics. Oh well

I thought I was the only one...same thing...had info in there...when got card, tried to register....wouldn't let me in and won't send me password...left email..never a reply...

What a joke...not impressed at all..

In addition, the boxes have you typing in white text with a white or yellow background...can't even see what typing in until you hit enter...

Someone over there needs to get their act together...at least for now, they're a bunch of cretins!

They probably have a non-web savvy / non-computer savvy person doing their website. Probably some BRP big shooter's relative who they were just looking to stick in a job where they couldn't mess up anything important.

Yes, the pics are back, but all of the "favorite rides" stories have vanished. I sent an email to the SpyderTeam several weeks ago asking what happened to them and of course heard nothing back.:banghead:

I am having the same problem. I have had my card since June and I have contacted the support team about this matter a couple of times. They keep telling me they are working on it but it never gets fixed. I would like to make a club on there because we now have a club here in LA. I tried it with another club members card and it did the same thing.:banghead::chat:

I've had my spyder since July and haven't yet see or heard of this owner card or packet. So I have emailed them, they replied back. They will look into why y packet have not yet arrived. I guess I am an odd ball or invisable in the BRP world. Hopefully I will get something soon.

What is this packet contain, and its beneifits?
