What's in your saddle bags and frunk?

I'm looking into an air compressor. Good idea.
I take mine off sometimes on short rides. When they're on, it's a bit difficult to maneuver around the garage. I think the Shad bags look good on the F3S, and it also looks good without them. Easy fix if you don't want them on; they're so easy to remove. I think we all pretty much carry the same stuff. Don't want to be stranded without support gear.

I carried a 12v Slime Air pump for the past 20yrs along with a bottle of Slime on my Goldwing's, never needed, (Murphy's Law) Then with the new Spyder, I bought a Fanttik X8 since it is smaller, and can run off its own battery. Not saying it's better, but it has a smaller footprint.

Frunk - rain gear x2, hi viz vest, USA atlas, microfiber towel
Glove Box - pencil (for propping up front seat while fueling), all weather pen, all weather note pad, iPhone cable with data blocker, that days trip notes.
Side cases - these are normally empty
Top Case - kerchiefs, water bottles, baseball hats, helmet lock cable, battery pack & USB to USB-C charging cable for helmets, vanity stuff (mirror, hair brush, etc.)

I'm still deciding what to move from my motorcycle to my Spyder, so right now I only have rain gear in the left saddlebag. I want to keep the right bag empty for my helmet when I stop and have to leave the Spyder for any length of time. I have an air compressor and tire patch kit to add to the left bag soon, and I want to add a few more tools as well. I have a small cooler that goes into the bottom of the frunk quite nicely for trips. It's all a work in progress.

It's always a work in progress. I go thru my stuff periodically to add new things and take out things I no longer think I'll use. I don't carry rain gear from the middle of June thru July, no rain in Utah. August starts the monsoon season, so rain gear goes back in. Cooler and MotoJug on rides of a long day or multiple day. Air pump sometimes yes, sometimes no, plug kit the same, etc. etc. It's all a work in progress.

When we were riding, our list included:

Rain gear, sometimes another layer of jacket, mickey mouse tool kit, a bungee or two, seat cushion, and the Hopnel Bags, one in each compartment. :thumbup:

So I must have a fat head or something. My XL Bell helmet will not fit anywhere but trunk. So when we ride 2 up helmets have to go in trunk. I use to carry more tools, but other than maybe a screwdriver zip ties and pliers, what can I actually fix on the side of the road?

qt oil& funnel, couple ratchet straps, bicycle cable lock, 3-in-1 USB cord & 12V cig/USB, 12V cig flashlight. Fair collection of spare napkins & wet wipes from food stops, small pump hand sanitizer. Carabiner folding knife & #of spare keys. Spare long sleeve light or mesh shirt (alternate after use) & yes, still some room to spare nojoke.

Right saddlebag - battery jump pack, air hawk compressor (12V cig cord) rain gear & reflective safety vest.

Left saddlebag - empty

Under seat - legal papers in a booklet.

Overnight trips usually get to add either a sissy bar bag or pac-it-rack for extra storage. Anything that might need quick access I put into the Frunk - the rest, in removable bags, can go in the hotel securely (clothes/essentials & trip souvenirs) with a 1/2 cover gets wadded up & crammed in somewhere, depending on forecasts.

Frunk - Rain Gear when rain is possible, emergency road repair kit, registration and insurance papers (also have them electronically on my phone), Bicycle cable lock for helmets, and spare coolant for the driver... usually a quart of Sweet Tea.

Beer, side saddle bags hold two 12 pack cans each, empties go in the frunk until I’m able to dispose of them through recycling. Others may have better and different ideas
