What you need for 2014 trip to Spyderfest/Springfield, MO

Sunscreen lots and lots of sunscreen. OK just want you guys to know that I have just "blazed" the trail to Spyderfest 2014. I never even took out my rain gear and was shedding layers .... so different from years past. So don't sweat the weather. Pack the raingear BUT make sure you got the sunscreen! Murphybrown you must be super excited to get your new Spyder. In case any of you are wondering she has done 3 - 700 mile days in a row. That is more miles than a lot of owners ride in an entire season. :clap:

Wow, that's very encouraging. Heading to Staunton VA next Saturday to meet up with Pierre's convoy. Will be convoying to SF arriving in the afternoon on Apr 29th. Here's hoping we have beautiful weather like you did.

You are an inspiration...three 700 mile days in a row! My best so far is 662.7 miles all the way in the pouring rain. Might be able to get a 700 miler in someday but 3 in a row, now that's toughing it.
