It is my understanding the 2023 RTL has either a USB charging port or one that is a cigarette female plug in the rear trunk. Someone posted a picture of the one in the rear trunk on another thread, however, I heard it is a cigarette plug female adaptor. I also understand it is not so obvious that one is even there. Can someone confirm if it is a USB plug or a cigarette adaptor?
I usually run with 2 GPS. One a Zumo XT, the other a Nuvi 1490 which outperforms the Zumo. Does anyone know if with the USB port I can run a power splitter, so that I can plug in a USB to Cigarette adaptor and power both the Zumo and the Nuvi?
The following is an explanation and can be skipped for purposes of answering my questions.
Ok, the question of why do I run 2 GPS's? I participate in nationwide scavenger hunts that are run by different organizations, which require their own flags to be present on the bike and included in the picture you take as proof you were there. Basecamp and Mapsource enable multiple symbols to be assigned to the waypoints. When you send the routes from Basecamp to the Zumo all of the Waypoint symbols are changed to these ugly green hearts which I use to remind me of which flag I am going to need to be included in the photo. The Nuvi accepts the symbols you set in Basecamp, so I use this as the reference to assist in the flag selection.
In addition, I upload the tracks from the Nuvi to Mapsource software, which has the timestamp at each Waypoint. I have a piece of software (Geosetter) that matches the timestamp from the GPS to the timestamp in the photo data and records the GPS coordinates to the photo data. This enables me to click on the photo and be able to see where I was in Google maps at the time.
If I upload the tracks from the Zumo, all those ugly green flags change the symbols in Basecamp to blue flags, which destroys my tracking method in Basecamp. Hence, Mapsource lives on!!

In the attached photo the RED Dots are completed visits. The yellow and red symbols are for 1 Grand Tour, the Baseballs are for another GT (Race Tracks).
