• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What to do, what to do...

Have you thought about this?

I almost hate to give you one more thing to consider. There are special hand lever adaptors available for some bikes that make it so much easier to pull in the clutch lever. You might see if one of these might be adaptable to your spyder. There are also electronic shift kits that can be put on most any bike to make it a auto shift with the press of a button. What about this as a way to fix things. Would be some expense but not so much of a loss. I wish you well on this, ride safe…

I too had to take the course using one of the course bikes, when I had a Goldwing trike. Now I recently read they allow you to bring your bike or trike. So there is hope. Don't give up and keep trying.

I am on my second Spyder. I bought my first one last year and it was an RT. Unfortunately, it was hit by a truck while sitting at a gas pump. It's been repaired and I traded it in for a RT-S SE5. I've already put 700 miles on it, and I just picked it up last weekend! I LOVE IT.

The check engine light has come on a couple of times, I called the dealer, and the onboard computer has stored the history so they will check the computer log when I take it in for its 600 mile maintenenace. The SE5 is SO much easier to drive.

The Spyder RT-S SE5 is the best thing I've ever done for myself. I am a late bloomer, did not start riding until after my husband passed away. Don't let anything stop you. Life will slip threw your hands.
