• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What things to watch for on a used purchase?

Like the header says: what should I look for on purchasing a used Spyder F3? I figure the belt, any rust showing on the hubs, smooth boot up when the key is turned on,.... what else? Thanks in advance for the knowledge.

Visually gonna be lil difficult to just eyeball for troubles. Ask if they have service history with dates & mileages. Generally that can shed light on quality of owner & how might have treated machine. (Loved or just gas& go) Sun fade on plastics, depending age maybe micro cracks on dash or not. Grips Likely to show wear & oil/grit build up-can be covered with foam covers. So don’t have be deal breaker.

Looks like you've a very good sounding machine almost in your backyard that isn't even broken in. The only thing I would question about that Spyder is the age of the tires; they're old and, if Kendas, the usual OEM junk. Do send him a PM offering $15.5 telling him about the tire age in your offer.
