• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. What Phone/GPS Holder works with the early RT Handlebars?

I have a 2013 Spyder RT and I'm looking for a Phone/GPS bracket/holder that will fit on the unusually shaped handle bars on this model.

Tackform.com makes several mounts that replace one of the handlebar bolts.
I'd contact them to confirm which version works with your Spyder.

canamspyderaccessories.com sells a bolt with a ram mount that replaces one of the 4 screws in the middle of the handlebar.

I have the Lamonster Spyder Cuff on the left handle bar to hold my iPhone. The GPS in mounted in the center of the bars on a ball mount.

I have used the same setup on my 2016 RT for the last 41,000 miles and it has performed flawlessly. My Garmin XT is also mounted in the middle of the handlebar when I am touring. The only potential issue you might have is accidentally knocking the phone off with your left hand if you are not paying attention since the clamp is spring loaded.

I used 2 hose clamps to hold a straight ram mount to the handlebar. Works great. I'll take a picture and post it. Oh... it was also very cheap!

I made a dash mount out of scrap aluminum. It's a copy of the one the JT used to sell here. 4 holes to mount whatever. I have the GPS and a clock with a ram ball for whatever I need. The LM660 Garmin is high, and I don't lose vision of the view ahead. A few straight ram bars for positioning. I also have a cuff to hold my drink.

And there you are...
