There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. What is this on the front wheels? A spacer, or what?

I am a new Spyder F3-S owner. I bought a 2015 this past July and am loving it. I was doing some cleaning on the front wheels and was wondering what this part is? It looks like some kind of wheel spacer. Thanks.

I'm 100 % sure but I think that/ they are a Centrifugal wheel / tire balancer ..... Look at LaMonsters vendor page and see what His looks like..... if they are - use them, because that may be the only balance you have for the front wheels ..... Mike

Thanks for the info. They seem to be working. Neither of the front wheels have any weights attached.

I have a 2023 F3 LTD Special Series , and my tires have weights on the rims.

I did not see the Centramatic Wheel Balances on mine.

That's because they arn't from the CanAm factory.....ie. " not oem " ..... you have to purchase them from " centramatic " ..... Mike

Those are kinda pricey these days ..Centramatic lists them as $395 for a full set of three 2F 1 R :yikes:

My tire guy had no issues mounting and spin balancing my new Continentals for the front of my 2019 RTL. $50

Many Spyder owners, even with their tires perfectly spin balanced, still have vibrations coming from the tires/wheels. Could that be solved with premium tires or better rims? Maybe. However, many found slapping a set of Centramatic's on solves those issues without having to spend all that money on trial and error, especially if you just bought a new Spyder and already have to fork out money for new tires.

Last year I bought a 23 F3-S, and for the first 4k miles had lots of vibration. I had my tires checked for balance and they were fine. My next options were to buy new tires for $250+, but there's no guarantee that will fix the issue; if not, I'd also need new rims, which is another $250+. Or I could grab a set of these for $250 @ Lamonster, which I did, and it solved all my issues. My F3 rides silky smooth now!
