• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. What is this mystery part in the Fog Light schematic - 'Braveway' - What does it do?

Hello Spyders - I am ready to install my fog lights. However, the schematic shows an electrical part I am not familiar with. I attempted to breadboard this schematic before installing it on my 2022 RT-L. Because I did not have the "BRAVEWAY", so the lights remained dark. I plan on using ON-OFF-ON switch whereby I can choose either white or yellow beam. What is the "BRAVEWAY" and what does it do? Where would I get such a part?

That looks like something after market rather than OEM?! The diagram doesn't look like any BRP schematic I've seen? 🤨
I dug deeper into this and found out that Braveway makes electronic devices. When you buy this kit from them (lights, cables) they include the relay. I understand the relay has 2 jobs. It supplies power to the lights and the on-off switch. The on-off switch works with far less amperage than the lights. I didn't buy my lights from them. Found cheaper ones elsewhere, so now I scramble to pick up the ancillary parts. Electronics is not my forte. Thanks for your reply. 2022 RT-L.

Did you get the whole wiring harness with the light?
No. I do have the Can-Am switch. The rest will be assembled using waterproof spade connectors.
