• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What is this and?

Not good..

it is the leveling arm for the suspension and should be bolted to the eyelet hole on the swingarm. We have seen quite a few like that. If you have a nut and bolt you can re-attach it or have your dealer do it. You can ryde like that but the rear suspension will be off a bit...

Make certain the elbow joint it bent the correct way, either pointing forward or rearward. (I don't recall which is the correct position) This will make a huge difference! If correct, the air pump will cycle properly. If wrong, it will provide opposite sensor data to the pump and the pump will constantly run because it will never be able to reconcile the needed setting with the information the sensor is sending it, eventually burning itself out.

Interesting find. I wonder what else the Dealer failed to install. As mention it is the ACS sensor linkage and should have had a Bolt and nut installed during the PDI ( Predelivery Inspection ). Picture is from the PDI document and it shows the correct mounting orientation.

Good point it may never have been installed!

You cannot use just any bolt as in the bracket on the swing arm is a captured nut. So you have to find the correct bolt and thread.

Oh and it's not really a nut! It has no hex on it to hold it with a wrench. I had to grab it with a set of vise grips as it does spin in the bracket.

This is probably why the bolt falls out. Dealer or whomever doesn't get it tight because the captured nut spins and gives a false sense of it being tight.

See my tire change video in the beginning and I point this out.

Just exactly what happened? Did the bolt break, or was it never installed to the swing arm? Is this something that the factory installs or is it something the dealership installed when they do the build?

Look at post #6. Dealer did not install the bolt per step 9 of the PDI when they assembled it after they uncrated it. Item e is a M6 X 20 mm Hexagonal Flange Screw. It Screws into a captive thread so it can't just fall out.

I don't think it was

Ever installed, I went to dealer this morning, explained problem and showed picture, was told to bring it in and they would put one on it, ok so I dropped down on the floor and looked at one on the showroom floor and it was not connected, so probably it went out the door without it being looked at, but mine is fixed now with blue locktite..
